Any product purchased on the Lumi.am platform (except for products that cannot be returned or replaced in accordance with RA legislation) can be returned or replaced with another product within 14 days from the date of delivery, if the product and packaging are safe, the specified product, its the appearance, consumer properties, seals, product labels have been preserved, there is evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller.

Delivery is carried out by the Buyer. To return or replace goods, you must deliver the goods to the lumi.am office, having a receipt for the delivery of the latter. Refunds are made after the seller accepts the goods. At the buyer's request, the refundable amount is refunded to the payment method used to process the order. If monetary compensation is made when returning goods of good quality, the bank's reimbursed expenses will be deducted from the payment - 3% of the refunded amount.
